Are you Tired? Fatigue in Construction

Fatigue is defined as “Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness which is distinct from weakness, and has a gradual onset. Unlike weakness, fatigue can be alleviated by periods of rest. Fatigue can have physical or mental causes”

Fatigue can be both physical and mental. Is bullying in construction a problem?

Let’s start off by defining what bullying is from good old Wikipedia! “Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or aggressively dominate others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power, which distinguishes bullying from conflict”. The definition goes deeper into what bullying is, so if you click here it will take you to the Wiki page.

Pretty serious stuff from the definition – and so it should be!
